Hi, I'm Terrence — owner of Thrively Inspections LLC and a born-and-raised Oklahoman. I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Brooke, for 16 years, and together we're raising three boys - Solomon Pierce, Bodie Rhys, and Maverick Stone. Family is everything to us, and honestly, it's a big part of why I take this work seriously. When I'm walking through a home, I'm thinking about families like mine who are counting on that inspection to protect one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. I've spent the last decade working as a licensed real estate agent in the OKC Metro, sitting across the table from buyers and sellers, navigating negotiations, and watching deals fall apart — or come together — based on what an inspection revealed. I know firsthand how much weight a home inspection carries in a transaction, and I know what it feels like to be on the other side of that report.
